1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and gk9 ("gk9", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gk9 online gaming platform accessible at gk9.one and any related services, tools, or features.

1.2 By completing the gk9 registration process, logging in to an existing gk9 account, or otherwise accessing any portion of the gk9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the gk9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds will be frozen pending investigation.

2.2 Jurisdiction. 2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use gk9: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have previously been self-excluded from gk9 or have an active self-exclusion in place; (c) employees, directors, or agents of gk9 or any affiliated entity; (d) immediate family members of persons described in (c) who reside in the same household.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered gk9 account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To access real-money gaming on gk9, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete.

3.2 gk9 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or upon a change in account details. 3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gk9 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 3.4 gk9 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All transactions on gk9 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). gk9 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.

4.2 Payment Methods. gk9 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and standard bank transfer. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed within your gk9 account at the time of transaction. These limits may be subject to change. Members may additionally set personal deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. gk9 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing times are detailed within your account dashboard. gk9 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending identity verification, bonus wagering compliance checks, or fraud investigation. Withdrawals will only be remitted to a payment method registered in the same name as the gk9 account holder.

4.5 Declined Transactions. gk9 accepts no responsibility for declined or failed transactions attributable to your payment provider. If a deposit is declined, please contact your bank or e-wallet provider directly.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free credits, and promotional offers made available through gk9 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. These specific terms are incorporated into these general Terms & Conditions by reference.

5.2 gk9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

5.3 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be converted to cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirements. Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are completed, gk9 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any winnings attributable to it from the withdrawal amount.

5.4 gk9 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets that breach the stated bonus terms, or any form of wagering manipulation.

5.5 Only one bonus is eligible to be active on a gk9 account at any time unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant promotional terms.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 All games available on gk9 are provided by third-party gaming studios and are governed by the individual game rules published by each provider. Where no specific rules are displayed, standard casino rules for the relevant game type apply.

6.2 gk9 does not modify game outcomes. All random-number-generated (RNG) games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical real-world events — card draws, wheel spins, and dice rolls — conducted by the live studio operator.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — whether attributable to the gk9 platform, the game provider, or your device — gk9 reserves the right to void the affected round. Any stake placed in a voided round will be credited back to your gk9 account balance. gk9 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings attributable to a technical malfunction.

6.4 gk9's decision in respect of all game disputes is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedure described in these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities on or in connection with the gk9 platform:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with gk9 in any manner not expressly authorised;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraud, including match-fixing or the exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities;
• Using the gk9 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Making chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits without gk9's prior consent;
• Abusing the gk9 bonus system, including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses;
• Accessing or attempting to access another member's gk9 account without authorisation;
• Transmitting any harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content through any communication channel on the gk9 platform.

7.2 Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 gk9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides members with the following self-management tools accessible via account settings: deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Any gk9 member may request self-exclusion by contacting gk9 customer support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed and prevents the member from accessing the gk9 platform for the duration of the exclusion period. During a self-exclusion period, gk9 will endeavour to suppress marketing communications to the excluded member.

8.3 Members who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance from independent support organisations. gk9 does not profit from problem gambling and actively supports player welfare.

8.4 gk9 strictly enforces its 21+ age requirement. Any winnings generated by an underage user will be forfeited and no claim to such winnings will be recognised.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the gk9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, software, and game content — is the property of gk9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gk9 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the gk9 platform without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gk9 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the gk9 platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 gk9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the gk9 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gk9 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit gk9's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 gk9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if gk9 reasonably determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account is associated with fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (c) gk9 is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

11.2 Upon termination, any genuine balance (excluding bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding investigations or legal holds. gk9 reserves the right to retain funds where there is evidence of fraudulent or prohibited activity pending resolution.

11.3 You may close your gk9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, and any eligible balance will be refunded to your registered payment method.

12. Privacy

12.1 gk9's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the gk9 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at gk9.one/privacy-policy. By using the gk9 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments

13.1 gk9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be notified to registered members via email or via a prominent notice on the gk9 platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the gk9 platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

13.2 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the gk9 platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendments.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority frameworks and general principles of law recognising online gaming service agreements. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through gk9's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration.

14.2 gk9's internal dispute resolution process requires that any complaint be submitted to gk9 customer support in the first instance. gk9 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
